Objective Analysis of elderly patients with colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction, choosing a proper operation method, so as to improve the treatment effect. Methods In our hospital from 2010.01.01-2012.06.30, 40 cases of colon cancer with intestinal obstruction patients, randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, respectively 20 cases. Patients in the treatment group were intestinal lavage, in one stage resection and anastomosis(no fistula operation); the intestinal tumor radical operation. Patients in the control group during a period of resection and anastomosis operation(fistula); for the stoma returning in the two period; radical operation and treatment group. Results Two groups of patients discharge rate and follow-up one year survival rate between the discharge rate: treatment group(100%) than the discharge rate of control group(85%) is higher; the treatment group were followed up for 1 year survival rate(90%) than in the control group(60%) was significantly higher in. Little probability of anastomotic leakage after operation in the treatment group. Conclusion Elderly patients with colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction, choosing a proper operation method, so as to improve the therapeutic effect;mortality; complication.
