Analysis of the causes of secondary epilepsy after stroke inthe diagnosis and treatment of middle-aged
Objective To investigate the effect of causes of secondary epilepsy after stroke and the treatment of middle-aged. Methods 75 patients with stroke in our hospital from 2010 January -2013 year in January after the secondary epilepsy aged patients as research object, a retrospective analysis was made on them, summarize their causes, adopt and etiological treatment of epilepsy drug treatment mode, and premature stroke secondary epilepsy and the incidence and treatment of delayed cerebral stroke secondary epilepsy were treated statistically. Results The incidence of early-onset and late-onset rate was significant difference (P<0.05), effect of treatment in patients with early and late treatment effect in patients with no significant difference(P>0.05), there was no statistically significant. Conclusion Mainly due to stroke secondary epilepsy, epilepsy and can be used as early manifestations of cerebral vascular diseases, its EEG positive rate is higher, and the cerebral cortex lesions was significantly more than the deep lesion.
