摘要
目的评价双源CT在左心室室壁瘤中的作用，并确定室壁瘤壁早期灌注的表现。方法对我院进行冠状动脉双源CT成像并确诊的16例左心室室壁瘤进行回顾性分析。结果解剖型室壁瘤12例，功能性室壁瘤4例。左心室前壁3例；心尖部11例，其中有附壁血栓1例；下壁2例。内膜下条形灌装减低13例，灌装正常3例。结论双源CT能准确显示室壁瘤类型、部位及大小，并对瘤壁的早期灌注作出评价，为临床治疗提供依据。
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the worth of dual-source in left ventricular aneurysm and early reperfusion. Methods 16 cases of left ventricular aneurysm had diagnosed in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed by dual-source CT. Results Anatomical ventricular aneurysm 12 cases, Functional ventricular aneurysm 4 cases. The anterior wall of the left ventricle 3 cases, apex of heart 11 cases, lateral thrombus 1 cases, inferior wall 2 cases. Subendocardial low reperfusion 13 cases, normal 3 cases. Conclusion Dual-source CT can accurately show the type, location and size of the ventricular aneurysm and evaluate early reperfusion in left ventricular aneurysm, to provide basis for clinical treatment.
