摘要
目的探讨护理干预对糖尿病前期患者的影响.方法将200例体检门诊糖尿病前期患者随机分为干预组和对照组.干预组实施综合护理干预,对照组不进行干预,1年后比较两组患者转归情况.结果1年后,干预组血糖、血脂、体重指数均优于对照组(P<0.05),转化为糖尿病发生率亦明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论对糖尿病前期患者进行综合护理干预,可较好地控制其血糖水平并降低糖尿病发病率.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with pre-diabetes. Methods 200 outpatients with pre-diabetes were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group(100 cases in each group). The comprehensive nursing intervention was implemented in the intervention group and no intervention was taken in the control group.The sequent were compared between the two groups. Results After 1 year, glycemic, blood lipids, weight were superior in the intervention group to those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention on the patients with pre-diabetes can effectively control their blood sugar level and reduce the risk of suffering from diabetes.
