摘要
应用型病理学创新人才培养符合社会发展需求，培养改革方案经受了实践检验，极大地提高了大学生的就业竞争力并促进就业。以“病理诊断中心”为依托的培养方式，充分整合基础临床资源，真正实现了医、教、研的结合，为完善人才培养模式打下了坚实基础。
Abstract
Applied pathology training meets the needs of social development, the implementation of training reforms have experienced the test of practice, and improved the students' employment competitiveness greatly. The training mode based on ‘Pathological Diagnosis Center' integrated the basic and clinical resources fully, realized the combination of medical, teaching and research really and improved the training mode further.
