摘要
目的探讨活动性肺结核患者血清瘦素(Serum leptin，LEP)和C-反应蛋白(C-reaction protein，CRP)水平与活动性肺结核患者预后转归的关系，人体体质量指数(Body mass index， BMI)和血沉(Erythrocyte sedimentation rate，ESR)亦同时检测。方法对44例活动性肺结核患者和42例健康对照组采用免疫化学发光法检测血清LEP，采用免疫散射比浊法测定血清CRP,全自动血沉分析仪检测血沉。结果血清LEP水平在治疗前和治疗后好转组分别为1.65±0.80和4.26±1.98，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)，而治疗后好转组较未好转组LEP水平明显升高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01。BMI在治疗后好转组与治疗前组和治疗后未好转组相比，明显升高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。ESR和血清CRP水平在治疗后好转组明显降低，与治疗前组和治疗后未好转组相比，差异有统计学意义。结论血清LEP浓度、CRP水平、ESR和BMI与活动性肺结核患者治疗效果及预后有一定关联。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the serum LEP(leptin, LEP) and CRP(C-reaction protein, CRP) level and the prognosis of patients with active tuberculosis relations, BMI(Body mass index, BMI) and ESR(Erythrocyte sedimentation rate,ESR) were also detectioned. Methods Forty four patients with the active tuberculosis and 42 healthy controls participated in this study. Leptin levels was measured using immune chemiluminescence, CRP levels was measured using immune scattering turbidimetric method, ESR levels was measured using automaticblood sedimentation analyzer. Results The leptin levels of before and after the treatment were 1.68±0.82ng/ml and 4.15±1.95ng/ml, difference showed statistical significance(P<0.01). but, the level of LEP of the improved after treatment group was significantly higher than not better group, the difference showed statistical significance(P<0.01). BMI in treatment group was significant higher than before treatment and after treatment group which did not improve, the difference had statistical significance(P<0.01). The level of ESR and serum CRP reduced obviously,the difference had statistical significance. Conclusion Serum LEP concentration,CRP level, ESR and BMI of the active tuberculosis treatment effect and prognosis had certain relevance.
