美盐敷料应用于PICC过敏性皮炎的观察与效果分析

摘要
目的观察美盐敷料应用于PICC过敏性皮炎的护理效果。方法将已出现过敏性皮炎的31例留置PICC患者按入院时间先后随机分为观察组和对照组，分别使用美盐敷料和传统敷料治疗，比较两组治愈时间和换药次数。结果观察组治愈时间和换药次数明显少于对照组，治疗总费用也有所减少。结论选用美盐敷料对PICC过敏性皮炎治疗简单方便，加速皮炎治愈进程，明显缩短了治疗时间和换药次数。
Abstract
Objective Our aim was to evaluate the effects of magnesium-salt-containing dressing, which was used in patients with PICC related allergic dermatitis. Method Patients with PICC related allergic dermatitis were randomized to receive dressing change with magnesium-salt-containing dressing or tranditional dressing according to time sequence into hospital. Results A total of 31 patients went into this research. The healing time, the times of dressing change and total cost of magnesium-salt-containing dressing group were less than those of tranditional dressing group. Conclusion Magnesium-salt-containing dressing was better than tranditional dressing in treating PICC related allergic dermatitis.
