A study on the relationship between Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Disease Activity Index(SLEDAI) and clinical & nbsp;treatment
Objective To study the relationship between SLEDAI and the clinical treatment. Methods Evaluated the activity of SLE patients to the hospital first 10 days and the hormone and immune inhibitor treatment 2 years later. Results SLEDAI≤9 scores, hormone therapy alone can achieve a satisfactory effect, add cyclophosphamide(CTX ) would lead to excessive; SLEDAI 10-19 scores, the hormone+CTX was a reasonable treatment, conventional hormone therapy or to strengthen treatment can lead to inadequate or excessive treatment; SLEDAI≥20 scores, and should intensive treatment, otherwise would to be disease progression because of lack of treatment. Conclusion SLEDAI is a better evaluation SLE activity index, and has a good guidance the better clinical guidance for clinical treatment. And to different organs and systems involved, should choose a different treatments.
