摘要
目的探讨牙科CT在埋伏齿拔除中的应用价值。方法40例62颗埋伏齿患者，全部拍摄根尖片、全景曲面断层片及牙科CT容积扫描。制定手术路径和手术方案，并与手术所见进行回顾性对照分析和验证。结果通过牙科CT定位方法所取得的术前判断与术中所见完全一致，符合率100%。术后所有患者刀口均Ⅰ期愈合，无感染及邻牙损伤等并发症发生。结论在颌骨埋伏齿的拔除路径和手术方案制定中，术前影像学检查应首选X线根尖片和全景曲面断层片，对形态模糊，均无法正确判读的埋伏牙，利用牙科CT容积扫描，具有较高的临床价值。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of dental CT in ambush tooth pull out. Methods 40 patients with 62 to ambush tooth, all taken root, panorama of surface fault and dental CT volume scanning. Path and the surgery plan formulation, and compared with operation can see contrastive analysis and validation. Results Through dental CT positioning method of judging preoperative and intraoperative see completely consistent, coincidence rate was 100%. All patients postoperative incision are Ⅰ healing, no complications such as infection and adjacent tooth injury occurred. Conclusion Ambush jaw teeth pull out of the path and operation plan formulation, the preoperative imaging studies should be preferred and panoramic X-ray the apex of surface fault, the forms of fuzzy, can not accurately assess embedded teeth, using dental CT volume scan, has higher clinical value.
