摘要
目的探讨肺外结核的临床特点，提高肺外结核的诊断率。方法回顾性分析临床确诊的638例肺外结核患者的临床资料和诊断方法。结果肺外结核患者缺乏临床特异性，容易误诊，导致部分患者疗效差。结论提高对肺外结核的认识，采取综合性诊断措施，是提高诊断率的关键。
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of patients with extrapulmonary tuberculosis,to improve diagnostic rate of extrapulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Retrospecticely analyzed the clinical data diagnosis methods of 638 cases with extrapulmonary tuberculosis that were clinically diagnosed. Results Extrapulmonary tuberculosis patients are lack of clinical characteristics. So it is easily to be wrong diagnosis and lead to worse therapeutic effect in some patients. Conclusion The key to improve diagnostic rate is improving the cognition about extrapulmonary tuberculosis and adopting a comprehensive diagnostic method.
