Clinical research of palm micro perforator flap in repair of scar webbed contracture
Objective To research of effectiveness of palm micro perforator flap in repair of scar webbed contracture. Methods Analysis of 8 cases in our hospital from June 2008 to August 2011 the patients were treated, all patients give palm micro perforator flap in repair of scar webbed contracture. Patients were followed up for 6-12 months to observe the recovery situation. Results 7 flaps survived and got well healing. Total efficiency is 87.5%. All patients were followed up 6-12 months. The scar webbed contracture had well appearance and soft texture. There was no scar contracture of incision of palm. The palm and contracture scar have flexible proximal. Conclusion It is a better method to fix the finger web contracture, worthy of clinical application.
