Micro abdominal drainage tube in prevention of Post Cesarean section incision fat liquefaction in clinical application
Objective Cesarean section wound fat layer placed micro abdominal wall drainage tube in the prevention of incision fat liquefaction of wound healing efficacy, adverse aspects. Methods From 2006 March to 2012 November, we selected 2000 cases of cesarean delivery in a pregnant woman, were randomly divided into the observation group 1000 cases and control group 1000 cases. The observation group in abdominal closure in the subcutaneous fat layer at the bottom, the sheath of rectus abdominis is placed on a homemade micro abdominal drainage tube, 48 hours after the pull out. The control group without drainage tube. Results In the observation group, the fat liquefaction of nonunion rate was 0.3%, significantly less than that in the control group 16%(P<0.005). Postoperative morbidity in observation group was obviously lower than that of control group. Conclusion Cesarean operation is placed in the micro abdominal wall drainage tube drainage is the prevention of incision fat liquefaction in promoting wound healing and effective measures.
