Lumbar sympathetic ganglion damage 2 in treatment of cancer pain effect
Objective 50 cases of lumbar 2 sympathetic ganglia lesion for the treatment of cancer pain clinical. Methods of cancer patients with lumbocrural pain, reducing digital camera in digital subtraction angiography(DSA) with anhydrous alcohol lumbar sympathetic ganglion neurolysis in 2, before and after the treatment, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days respectively, visual simulation (VAS) and life quality score. Results Compared with before treatment and to observe the intraoperative and postoperative complications, 7 days after treatment, 30 days and 90 days of VAS score decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); after treatment for 7 days, 30 days and 90 days of VAS score compared with each other, no significant difference(P>0.05). Compared with before treatment, 7 days after treatment, 30 days and 90 days of the quality of life score decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); 7 days after treatment, 30 days and 90 days of the quality of life score compared with each other, no significant difference(P>0.05). 50 cases of cancer patients with lumbocrural pain, postoperative pain in 7 cases, the incidence was 14%, 2 cases of nerve injury, the incidence was 4%. Without the occurrence of lumbar artery, genitofemoral nerve pain, renal injury and subarachnoid anesthesia complications. Conclusion The 2 lumbar sympathetic ganglion damage has good clinical curative effect in the treatment of cancer pain.
