Comparative efficacy of interventional embolization surgery and craniotomy surgery treatment of cerebral aneurysms
Objective To compare the efficacy of interventional embolization surgery and craniotomy surgery treatment of cerebral aneurysms. Methods 116 cases of cerebral aneurysms patients were randomly and average divided into two groups, the craniotomy group patients were given craniotomy surgery for treatment, the intervention group patients were given interventional embolization surgery for treatment, the efficacy of two groups patients was compared. Results The cure rate of the intervention group was significantly higher than the craniotomy group, morbidity and mortality rates were significantly lower than craniotomy, difference between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of interventional embolization treatment of cerebral aneurysms is good, morbidity and mortality is lower, worthy of promotion and application in clinical.
