双吻合器在直肠癌低位前切除术中的应用

目的评价双吻合器在直肠癌低位前切除术中的应用价值。方法对直肠癌手术中行双吻合器吻合的139例患者进行分析。结果139例患者中，根治性切除118例，姑息性切除21例。术后随访，1年生存率93.53%(130/139)，2年生存率87.77%(122/139)。吻合口瘘5例，吻合口狭窄1例。结论双吻合器应用于直肠癌前切除术具有操作简单、快捷、安全等优点，可提高直肠癌低位前切除术成功率。
Abstract
Objective The objective of this study was to probe into the applicationvalue of the double stapling technique. Method Summary 139 patients underwent the surgical procedure of the low anterior resection were. Results These 139 cases, 118 cases underwent radical excision, of which 21 cases underwent palliative excision. Postoperative follow up showed that one-year survival rate was 93.53%(130/139) and two-year survival rate was 87.77%(122/139). Anastomotic leakage in 5 cases and anastomotic stricture in 1 cases. Conclusion The procedure of low anterior resection of rectal cancer by using the double stapling technique is of many strong points, eg, simpie manipulation and less complications more successful operation.
