Retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy for renal cell carcinoma in the limitations of the application
Objective To investigate the retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy for localized renal cell carcinoma in the application value. Methods To select 77 cases of localized renal cell carcinoma patients as subjects, randomly divided into control group and experimental group, patients in control group were treated with traditional open operation for treatment of the experimental group, after laparoscopic radical nephrectomy in the treatment group, two patients with clinical efficacy comparison. Results in patients with postoperative hospital stay, analgesic drug application time, intestinal function recovery time, bleeding volume in operation and operation time and other clinical indicators are significantly better than the control group, two groups of patients with the clinical comparison of statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The results of the experiment showed that, after laparoscopic radical nephrectomy for localized renal cell carcinoma, with satisfactory clinical curative effect, so the value of clinical application of high.
