Clinical observation and nursing of metastatic bone cancer pain through by the treatment of 89SrCl2
Objective To observe the analgesic effect of radio nuclides 89Sr(89SrCl2) on bone metastases, and summarize the nursing experience. Methods 58 cases with different bone metastases recieved 89SrCl2 treatment in the same dose (ie 4mci/person) intravenous administration , and the follow-up time was from 3 months to 1 year after treatment. Results After the treatment, the total effective rate was 85.89%, with no serious adverse reactions. Conclusions Treated metastatic bone cancer pain by 89SrCl2 was effective, the majority of the patient's quality of life can be improved. The lesions in bones were shrinked or disappeared in most patients. It played the role of life-prolonging remission of disease, and it is safe and effective treatment.
