A Study on Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention of Hospital mployees
Objective To understand the hospital employees' organizational commitment and turnover intention status, comparison of different individual characteristics of employees on organizational commitment and turnover intention of the differences, on employees' rganizational commitment and turnover intention of relationship. Method Take Guangzhou city hospital employees as the research object, rganizational commitment and turnover intention questionnaire. Result The hospital staff's individual characteristics on organizational commitment and turnover intention have significant differences, organizational commitment and turnover intention have significant negative correlation, organizational commitment and turnover intention has significant prediction power. Conclusion Hospital managers should care by encouraging, nursing staff, supernumerary medical staff, improve staff benefits, strengthen team construction to increase the employee's organizational commitment, reduce turnover.
