摘要
目的建立一套科学、合理的护理科研成果应用前的评价指标。方法采用文献资料法和专家访谈法初步拟定指标，运用Delphi法对两轮问卷指标进行筛选与修正并确定指标的权重。结果经过两轮专家咨询构建了护理科研成果应用前评价指标，其中一级指标5个、二级指标14个、三级指标39个。结论用Delphi法构建的护理科研成果应用前评价指标具有较高的科学性及可靠性，可为护理科研管理部门遴选能够进行应用的护理科研成果提供参考依据，促进护理科研成果的快速应用。
Abstract
Objective To construct a scientific, rational evaluation index before the application of nursing scientific research achievements. Methods Literature review and expert interview method were used to set indexes preliminarily, using the Delphi method to screen and correct the indexes in the two rounds of questionnaire for determining the weights of these indexes. Results After two rounds of expert consulting, evaluation index before the application of nursing scientific research achievements was set up, including 5 first-class indexes, 14second-class indexes and 39 third-class indexes. Conclusion The evaluation index before applying nursing scientific research achievements is reliable and valid. It can provide reference basis for nursing research management department in selecting the nursing scientific research achievements that can be used in practice, promote nursing scientific research achievements rapidly applied.
