骺板是小儿骨骺生长发育的重要器官,随着现代医学生物技术的兴起与发展,如组织化学、酶、电镜及放射自显影等技术的应用,对骺板的结构、形态、功能与代谢有了进一步的了解,特别是分子生物学与生物力学的快速发展,进一步扩充了骺板研究的理论水平,进而不断加深了对小儿骨骼疾病的病因、病理学的认识,也为治疗学奠定了基础。骺板是人体各部位骨骼发育的基础,其感染、损伤、代谢疾病等因素都可以导致骨骺骺板的生长发育异常,导致肢体严重畸形和肢体不等长等。因此,了解骺板生长发育特点对临床诊断与治疗有重要意义。骺板发育不良是影响骨骼生长发育和导致肢体畸形的重要因素之一,引起骺板发育不良的原因众多,这些原因可能独立作用,也可能是多种因素的相互作用。本文就影响骺板发育的相关因素作一综述,期待初步阐述众多因素在骺板发育中的作用。
