摘要
目的探讨益肝汤联合双环醇片治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性乙型肝炎的疗效和安全性。方法将81例肝郁脾虚型的慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为中药联合双环醇组(联合组)41例、双环醇组40例。中药组口服中药煎剂，每次200ml，每日上、下午各服1次；双环醇组给予每日口服双环醇片75mg，疗程均为24周，停药观察12周。比较各组血清ALT、AST和GGT的变化。结果治疗第24周末，两组ALT复常率无统计学差异，联合组AST、GGT复常率高于双环醇组，P <0.05。停药后第12周，：联合组ALT、AST、GGT持续复常率均高于双环醇组，P <0.05。两组均未发生与药物相关的不良反应。结论双环醇片联合中药益肝汤治疗肝郁脾虚型慢性乙型肝炎，较单独使用双环醇片具有更好的保肝、降酶作用，且用药安全。
Abstract
Objective Discussion on Yigan Decoction Combined with bicyclol tablets in treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome of chronic hepatitis b curative effect and safety. Methods Selection of patients with chronic hepatitis B, 81 cases of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type, were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine combined with bicyclol group (combined group) 41 cases, 40 cases of bicyclol group. Chinese medicine group were treated with Decoction of Chinese medicine, Each time 200ml, daily, the afternoon of the 1 times; bicyclol group received daily oral bicyclol tablets 75mg, treatment for 24 weeks, stop drug 12 weeks of observation. Changes of serum ALT, AST were compared and GGT. Results After twenty-fourth weeks treatment, the recovery rate of ALT(85.3%): combined with bicyclol group(75%), no significant difference. AST, the recovery rate of GGT: the combined group(65.8%, 75.6%) of bicyclol group(37.5%, 35%), P <0.05. Twelfth weeks after stopping drug, ALT, AST, GGT sustained recovery rate: the combined group(66.6%, 50%, 56.7%) Bicyclol group(51.7%, 25%, 21.4%), P <0.05. No adverse events related to drug. Conclusion Bicyclol tablets combined with traditional Chinese medicine Yigan Decoction in the treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome of chronic hepatitis B, compared with the sole use of bicyclol tablets have better protecting liver, reducing enzyme action, and security.
