Clinical analysis of 26 patients with Diabetic ketoacidosis complicated with Hyperosmolarity
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of the diabetic ketoacidosis complicating with hypertonic and raise survival rate of rescues. Methods Reviewed and analyzed the cases of 26 cases of diabetic ketoacidosis complicating with Hyperosmolarity. Results Patients with diabetes Type I and senium diatetes Type Ⅱ are subject to the disease. Infecton, drug discontinuance and iatrogenesis are main inducement. The longer medical history and the more complications, the more severe conditions of the disease. Conclusion Diabetic ketoacidosis complicating with hyperosmolarity is clinically critical. Eliminate the inducement, early detection and early treatment are the keys to raise the rescue rate.
