Objective To observe the different methods of analgesia analgesic effect of replantation and postoperative care precautions. Methods 80 cases of replantation patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, A group of postoperative analgesia using continuous brachial plexus, B postoperative analgesia using intravenous application of visual analogue scale(VAS score) to evaluate the analgesic effect to assess the blood supply of replanted fingers, and then compared. Result A group of analgesic effect and the blood supply of replanted fingers than in group B, was statistically significant(P <0.05). PCA can effectively improve the results of replantation. Conclusion Continuous brachial plexus analgesia can effectively improve the replanted fingers bulky to reduce postoperative pain and improve the survival rate of replantation.
