Observation of retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy for upper ureteral calculi
Objective Clinical effects of ureterolithotomy for the treatment of renal pelvis and ureteral calculi after laparoscopic study. Methods Randomly divided into the study group(30 cases) and control group(27 cases). Study group underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy for the treatment, and the control group used the traditional open ureterolithotomy for treatment of renal pelvis. The clinical data of two patients. Results The study group operation were successful, did not appear in the conversion to open operation, the operation time is slightly higher than that of the control group, there was no significant difference(P >0.05); the study group in the treatment and postoperative complications are significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05), meaning; all did not discover ureter incision stenosis. Conclusion The renal pelvis and ureteral calculi patients, the retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy for the treatment, with less trauma, less postoperative pain and less complications, is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
