Analysis the risk factors of pregnancy complicated with chronic aplastic anemia and pre-eclampsia
Objective To investigate the risk factor of pregnancy with chronic aplastic anemia and pre-eclampsia factors, for provide the help for prevention of pregnancy complicated with chronic aplastic anemia and pre-eclampsia. Methods 27 cases of pregnancy complicated with chronic aplastic anemia clinical data in our hospital from 2007 May and analysis to 2012 December, and the statistical analysis, the age, first diagnosed during pregnancy, bleeding tendency, aplastic anemia severity, white blood cell, hemoglobin, platelet <4×109/L<60g/L<10×109/L, such as abnormal blood lipid factors in patients with pre-eclampsia complicated influence factors. Results The factor of hemoglobin <60g/L, platelet <10×109/L affects pregnancy associated with chronic aplastic anemia and elicitors preeclampsia(P <0.05), and the age of first diagnosis, pregnancy, there is no bleeding tendency, aplastic anemia severity, leukocyte <4× 109/L factors and pregnancy complicated with chronic aplastic anemia and pre-eclampsia relationship no statistical significance(P >0.05). Conclusion Pregnancy complicated with chronic aplastic anemia and pre-eclampsia may affected by many factors, but the <60g/L hemoglobin, platelet <10×109/L is the major related Risk factors.
