摘要
扁桃体肥大是由于扁桃体被细菌和病毒的感染，其中细菌感染最多见，病原菌多为溶血性链球菌、葡萄球菌、肺炎球菌。长期肥大的扁桃体不及时治疗，可导致中耳炎、打呼噜、气管及支气管炎。传统的扁桃体手术包括剥离法和挤切法，创伤性大，出血多，全身麻醉对孩子的身体危害极大。而扁桃体具有一定的人体免疫功能，对4岁以前的儿童尤为重要。切除扁桃体后，会影响局部的免疫反应，降低身体抗感染的能力，导致细菌的入侵，引起多种疾病。微波治疗设备简单，操作方便，治疗时间短，适合在门诊开展，本文就舌扁桃体肥大性鼾症的门诊微波局部治疗效果进行了探讨。
