摘要
目的探讨正畸修复联合治疗恢复前牙美学的临床疗效。方法对我院口腔科收治的86例前牙缺失并伴有错颌畸形患者实施正畸修复联合治疗，观察成功率、复发率。结果所有患者均治疗成功，成功率为100%，治疗后牙齿均排列整齐、美观，牙齿咬合功能同时恢复正常，随访1年后未发现复发情况，患者满意度为100%。结论正畸修复联合治疗对恢复前牙美学临床效果显著，是修复前牙缺失及错颌畸形的首选治疗方法。

Results All patients were treated successfully, the success rate of 100%, Teeth are neatly arranged, beautiful after treatment, Teeth occlusal function returned to normal, at the same time,After 1 year follow-up found no recurrence, patients' satisfaction was 100%. Conclusion Combined treatment to restore anterior teeth aesthetic clinical effect is remarkable, before the repair treatment of missing teeth and wrong micromaxillary deformity.
