摘要
目的观察MRI对顽固性血精症临床诊断意义。方法选取我院从2008年5月-2012年5月收治的顽固性血精症患者30例，总结分析MRI检查结果。结果 MRI检查结果均显示患者的病变部位出现精囊增大、管状的腺体管腔变宽、边界模糊等的情况。高T1W1信号。结论 MRI是顽固性血精症的高效的影像学诊断方法。
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical diagnostic significance of MRI for obstinate hemospermia. Methods 30 cases of obstinate hemospermia patients in our hospital from May 2008 to May 2012 were chosen. The MRI results of patients were summarized and analyzed. Results The MRI results in patients all showed that patients in lesion were with seminal vesicle enlargement, glandular lumen tubular widened and fuzzy boundary condition and high T1W1 signal. Conclusion MRI is the diagnosis of efficient obstinate hemospermia imaging method.
