摘要
目的探讨超声检查对输卵管妊娠的诊断价值。方法对手术病理已证实的93例输卵管妊娠患者超声表现进行回顾性分析。结果经超声检查诊断输卵管妊娠88例、阳性率为94.6%，以发现附件区包块为主要征象；漏诊5例，仅发现盆腔积液。结论总结输卵管妊娠声像图特征有助于提高其诊断水平。
Abstract
Objective To explore the value of ultrasound in diagnosis of tubal pregnancy. Methods The ultrasonic appearances of 93 cases of tubal pregnancy affirmed by post-operative pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results The ultrasound diagnosis of 88 cases of tubal pregnancy mainly found adnexal mass, and the positive rate was 94.6%;but 5cases were misdiagnosed and only found pelvic effusion. Conclusions The ultrasonic appearances of tubal pregnancy have some features ,it is helpful in improving its diagnosis level.
