Transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound oviduct imaging effect research of diagnosis and treatment of infertility
Objective Study on the effect of transvaginal 3D ultrasound fallopian tube radiography in check and treatment of infertility. Method In100 cases of infertility patients, using SonoVue as a contrast agent, through vaginal 3Dultrasonic monitoring the fallopian tube ultrasonic imaging and drug therapy, and observation results were followed up 6-9 months after. Result 3D-HyCoSy examination revealed 88 cases of fallopian tube obstruction, one block to a lesser degree of 64 cases of successful pregnancy in 38 cases, the purpose of treatment, the effective rate was 59%. Conclusion Using SonoVue ultrasound contrast agents for 3d-HyCoSy to tubal imaging, has the advantages of safety, simple, non-invasive, non-radiation, small pain, etc., not only has high value in the diagnosis of infertility, but also has a good therapeutic effect.
