摘要
目的研究经阴道三维超声输卵管造影在不孕症的检查合并治疗的效果。方法对100例不孕症患者，采用SonoVue作为造影剂，行经阴道三维超声监视下输卵管超声造影加药物治疗，随访6-9个月后观察效果。结果3D-HyCoSy后检查发现有输卵管疾病的有88例。其中阻塞程度较轻的64例中成功受孕38例，达到治疗目的，有效率为59%。结论利用SonoVue 超声造影剂进行经阴道三维输卵管造影具有安全简便、无创伤、无辐射、痛苦小等优点，对不孕症不仅有较高的诊断价值，还具有良好的治疗效果。
Abstract
Objective Study on the effect of transvaginal 3D ultrasound fallopian tube radiography in check and treatment of infertility. Method In100 cases of infertility patients, using SonoVue as a contrast agent, through vaginal 3Dultrasonic monitoring the fallopian tube ultrasonic imaging and drug therapy, and observation results were followed up 6-9 months after. Result 3D-HyCoSy examination revealed 88 cases of fallopian tube obstruction, one block to a lesser degree of 64 cases of successful pregnancy in 38 cases, the purpose of treatment, the effective rate was 59%.
