摘要
目的建立利通茶的质量标准。方法采用TLC法对方中的番泻叶进行定性鉴别；采用HPLC法测定制剂中陈皮的有效成分橙皮苷的含量。结果在TLC图谱中可检出番泻叶的特征斑点；橙皮苷在0.215-1.720μg内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9997)，平均回收率为100.34%(n=6)，RSD为1.2%。结论所采用的方法简便，准确，专属性强，重现性好。可用于利通茶的质量控制。
Abstract
Objective To determine the quality standard of Litong Tea. Methods Folium sennae in Litong Tea was identified by TLC. The content Hesperidin of Pericarpium citri reticulatae was determined by HPLC. Results Folium sennae was identified by TLC; Hesperidin showed a good liner relationship at the range of 0.215-1.720μg, r=0.9997. The average recovery was 100.34%(n=6), The RSD was 1.2%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and exclusive with a reproducibility and can be used to control the quality of Litong Tea.
