Objective Through analysis the economic running situation in hospital, detect the problem whth it, in order to give some reference to enhance efficiency and institute scientific health district project. Method Use totality sample method investigate 14 which above 500 beds hospitial, use particular statistics methods calculation. Resul The income-outcome residue not only descend every year,but also take on the negative upswing, its -0.15%, service residue is-9.05%. Flow proportion descend from 156.98% to 83.82%. Conclusion With expanding the hospital scale, the income-outcome residue is descend every year and make hospital to get into debt,in case, only execute the district health project strictly, configure health resources scientifically, control the hospital expanding blindly that can come true the hospital rational development.
