The effects of tetrandrine treatment of diabetic erectile dysfunction
Objective To study the effect of tetrandrine in treating diabetic erectile dysfunction(ED) aspects of the mechanism and the effect. Method For selecting months, weight and other indicators are the same 45 healthy male rats as the object of study, they were randomly divided into normal group and diabetic group, treatment group, on the diabetic group and treatment group data, on normal rats in conventional feeding, three group rat erectile function were compared. Results The diabetic ED rat penile corpus cavernosum in MaxICP/MAP group was significantly lower than that in normal rats group(P <0.05); the treatment group of penile cavernous MaxICP/MAP is significantly higher in the diabetic group(P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of tetrandrine on diabetic erectile dysfunction treatment, it is mainly through the calcium channel blockade, to ensure that the penile erectile function in normal, and the treatment effect is relatively good, can be in clinical on the promotion.
