Fusion treatment of thoracolumbar posterior fixation Fractures
Objective To observe the posterior internal fixation and fusion treatment of thoracolumbar fracture efficacy. Methods Selected our hospital from March 2009 to February 2013, 60 cases of thoracolumbar fracture patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group with 40 cases was taken posterior fixation and fusion control group with 20 cases was taken Anterior fusion surgery, the efficacy of the two groups were observed, compared two groups of patients, operative time, blood loss, Postoperative complications, hospital stay, and cobb angle. Results The patients in both groups achieved good clinical efficacy, such as blood loss, operative time, hospital stay, and cobb angle rectify the situation, but the surgery-related indicators of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group, a significant difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Posterior internal fixation and fusion have a significant effect on the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures, should be in the clinic to the widely promoted.
