Observation of neuropathic pain treatment effect of gabapentin and amitriptyline
Objective Using gabapentin combined with amitriptyline in the treatment of neuropathic pain, to observe its clinical curative effect. Methods Patients with neuropathic pain in 48 cases for the observation group, with gabapentin combined with amitriptyline for 4 weeks; 42 patients with neurogenic pathological pain for the control group, the simple application of gabapentin in the treatment of 4 weeks. Evaluation of the curative effect of using VAS scoring method, observe the incidence rate of adverse reaction. Results In the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Compared with the control group, VAS score decreased significantly after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Gabapentin combined with amitriptyline in the treatment of neuropathic pain is safe and effective.
