摘要
目的探讨全冠修复与咬合调整两种方法对治疗早期牙隐裂的临床效果。方法选择我科100例患者112颗隐裂牙作为研究对象。随机分为全冠修复的实验组及咬合调整的对照组进行为期2年的追踪观察，评价两种方法在治疗早期牙隐裂的效果。结果全冠修复患者具有明显优势，能明显降低牙隐裂所致的后续不良反应，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论全冠修复对早期牙隐裂的治疗有效可靠，值得临床推广。
Abstract
Objective Compare the efficacy of complete coronal restoration and occlusal adjustment in treatment cracked teeth. Methods 112 of the 100 patients, I cracked teeth as the research object. complete coronal restoration randomized into the experimental group and the control group occlusal adjustment for a period of 2 years of follow-up observation, evaluation of the two methods in the treatment of the effect of early cracked teeth.
