摘要
目的探讨超声和膀胱镜对膀胱癌的诊断及术前分期的临床价值。方法对64例术前同时做过超声检查及膀胱镜的患者资料进行分析，并与病理结果相比较。结果超声检查符合病理结果的准确率为95.3%；膀胱镜符合病理结果的准确率为98.4%。术前超声分期与术后病理分期符合率为75.8%，其中T1期符合率为70.2%，T2期符合率57.1%，T3、T4期为100%。结论超声与膀胱镜相结合可以提高膀胱癌的诊断率。
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasound and cystoscopy for bladder cancer diagnosis and preoperative staging. Method Analysis of 64 cases of preoperative patient data at the same time did the ultrasound and cystoscopy compared with histopathological findings. Result The ultrasound accurate pathology results was 95.3%; in line with the pathological findings of cystoscopy accuracy rate of 98.4%. Preoperative ultrasound staging and pathologic staging in line with the rate of 75.8%, in line with the rate of 70.2% where T1, T2 period in line with the rate of 57.1%, T3, T4 of 100%. Conclusion Ultrasound combined with cystoscopy can improve the rate of diagnosis of bladder cancer.
