Comparative analysis of ultrasound and cystoscopy for the diagnosis of bladder cancer
Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasound and cystoscopy for bladder cancer diagnosis and preoperative staging. Method Analysis of 64 cases of preoperative patient data at the same time did the ultrasound and cystoscopy compared with histopathological findings. Result The ultrasound accurate pathology results was 95.3%; in line with the pathological findings of cystoscopy accuracy rate of 98.4%. Preoperative ultrasound staging and pathologic staging in line with the rate of 75.8%, in line with the rate of 70.2% where T1, T2 period in line with the rate of 57.1%, T3, T4 of 100%. Conclusion Ultrasound combined with cystoscopy can improve the rate of diagnosis of bladder cancer.
