The clinical observation and nursing of endoscopic variceal ligation combined tissue glue injection on the treatment of patients with esophageal varices
Objective To explore the efficacy and nursing of endoscopic ligation combined tissue glue injection on the treatment of patients with esophageal varices. Methods 52 patients with the joint tissue glue injection perioperative surgical treatment were given endoscopic ligation and targeted integrated care. Results 52 patients, two cases of emergency endoscopy downstream ligation and tissue glue injection therapy, successful hemostasis. Another 43 cases were given elective treatment. Intraoperative vital signs are stable, no bleeding, choking, and cardiac arrhythmias happening. With 6-month follow-up, the total effective rate of 96.2%. Conclusions That endoscopic variceal ligation combined tissue glue injection treatment of esophageal varices has efficacy exact, while the nursing including well preoperative care, operative cooperation and disease after observation is better to ensure that operations proceed smoothly and efficacy.
