LEEP刀联合壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床与护理观察

摘要
目的研究探讨LEEP刀联合壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床与护理效果。方法将180例慢性宫颈炎患者分为随机A组用壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜治疗、常规护理；B组用LEEP刀联合壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜治疗、临床护理路径护理；C组用LEEP刀治疗、常规护理；观察比较三种方法治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床效果，以及应用临床护理路径在慢性宫颈炎的诊治管理中的作用。结果 LEEP刀联合壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜、临床护理路径护理治疗慢性宫颈炎优于单纯用壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜或LEEP刀。结论 LEEP刀联合壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜加临床护理路径组治疗慢性宫颈炎疗效好，管理规范，患者满意度高，值得推广应用。
Abstract
Objective To research the clinical and nursing treatment effect of chronic cervicitis by Loop Eelectrosurgical Excision Procedure and Chitosan cervical anti-bacteria membrane. Methods 180 cases of chronic cervicitis were randomly divided into 3 groups. Group A treated with chitosan cervical anti-bacteria membrane and tused by prescribed routine care; Group B treated with Loop Eelectrosurgical Excision Procedure combine with Chitosan cervical anti-bacteria membrane and tused by clinical nursing pathway; Group C treated with Loop Eelectrosurgical Excision Procedure and tused by prescribed routine care. The treatment effect and the management role of clinical nursing pathway in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic cervicitis were compared by three methods. Results The treatment effec by Loop Eelectrosurgical Excision Procedure combine with Chitosan cervical anti-bacteria membrane is better than by chitosan cervical anti-bacteria membrane simply or Loop Eelectrosurgical Excision Procedure simply. Conclusion The treatment effec by Loop Eelectrosurgical Excision Procedure combine with Chitosan cervical anti-bacteria membrane have good curative effect, high cure rate and patient satisfaction. It is one of the best methods for the treatment of chronic cervicitis.
