Observation of the effect that MBWA(management by walking around) used in the triage nursing quality management of pediatric emergency
Objective To observe the effect of MBWA(management by walking around) in the triage nursing quality management of pediatric emergency. Methods Pediatric emergency patients, which accepted the care under quality management mode of the MBWA, set as the test group; the equal number of pediatric emergency patients, which only accepted routine nursing care, set as the control group; The quality of clinical care which the two groups of children received, was compared with; and the satisfaction of the two groups was compared with as well. Results The satisfaction and nursing quality scores of the group which accepted the care under MBWA were better than that of the control group patients. Conclusion The care under MBWA mode can alleviate clinical symptoms of pediatric patients more conveniently and quickly, can relieve the tension of families to a greater extent, obtained most of parents’ praise; It is better than routine nursing in quality, and has high value of application and promotion.
