The effect of insulin sensitivity of anxiety depression mood disorders in type 2 diabetes patients
Objective To observe the emotional anxiety depression in patients with type 2 diabetes insulin sensitivity. Methods Our analysis in May 2010-July 2011 98 cases of patients with diabetes, and on the anxiety Hamilton depression rating scale, which is divided into two groups: the anxiety depression combination and type 2 diabetes group(experimental group) and type 2 diabetes group(control group) were detected the fasting blood glucose and fasting insulin, the calculation of insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR), insulin sensitivity index(HOMA-IS) and islet secretion index(HOMA-beta). Results The experimental group of HOMA-IR, HOMA-β, than the control group, the difference was statistically significant; experimental group of HOMA-IS below control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01). Conclusion Anxiety depression mood disorders can result in patients with type 2 diabetes insulin sensitivity decline.
