The oxidative stress and immune function`s effect of uremia patients with maintenance hemodialysis
Objective To study the The oxidative stress and immune function`s effect of uremia patients with maintenance hemodialysis, aiming to provide guidance for uremic dialysis treatment. Method Select 30 dialysis patients doing hemodialysis in our hospital and 30 cases of healthy of the same age. Check their immune indexes such as T lymphocytes, NK cells and Ig, oxidative stress indicators such as MDA, CRP,IL-6, and Hcy(uremic patients were measured before and after hemodialysis). Compare and analysis them. Results Before dialysis has a higher CRP and lower IL-6, MDA, Hcy, higher T lymphocyte subsets, Ig and NK cells, P <0.05, the difference has statistically significant. Conclusion Maintenance hemodialysis will worsen the oxidative stress state of the patients with uremia, adequate dialysis can help improve the immune function.
