动静脉内瘘吻合术术式临床观察

目的对比研究不同动静脉内瘘吻合手术的方法及临床疗效。方法将2009年3月-2013年4月我院198例慢性肾功能衰竭患者随机分为两组，对照组行端端吻合术，实验组行端侧吻合术，比较两组病例手术成功率及术后疗效。结果实验组手术成功率高于对照组，术后3个月通畅率高于对照组，术后3个月吻合口径(AVFD)、透析血流量(AVFB)均大于对照组(P <0.05)。结论头静脉-桡动脉端侧吻合术成功率高、效果显著，可作为前臂AVF术的首选术式。
Clinical Observation of Arteriovenous Fistula Anastomosis Surgery
Objective To compare the methods, efficacy of different anastomosis of arteriovenous fistula(AVF). Methods 198 cases patients with chronic kidney function failures admitted to our hospital from March 2009 to April 2013, randomly divided them into Control group(ETE anastomosis surgery) and Experimental group(ETS anastomosis surgery). Results The success rate of ETS group was higher than that of ETE group, the patency rate of ETS group after 3 months was obviously higher than that of ETE group, the AVFD, AVFB of ETS group were higher than that of ETE group(P <0.05). Conclusion Cephalic vein-radial artery(ETS) anastomosis surgery is the preferred method for anastomosis of forearm AVF.
