Relationship between helicobacter pylori infection and blood-lipoids of atrial fibrillation patients
Objective To study Hp infection in patients with atrial fibrillation and lipid metabolism changes of correlation. Methods 55 patients with atrial fibrillation as the research object, in addition choose 55 cases of Hp examination personnel for reference. Respectively using ELISA and immune turbidimetric method to detect HpIgG expression level, and detect the serum lipid, analysis of Hp infection and the relationship between lipid concentrations. Results HpIgG positive rate compared with the control group, there was no statistically significant difference;Serum TC, TG, LDL-C concentrations were significantly higher than that of control group, HDL-C concentrations significantly lower than the control group, the difference had statistical significance; Positive Hp infection in patients with atrial fibrillation in the concentration of serum TC, TG, LDL -C were significantly higher than negative of Hp infection in patients, and Hp infection in HDL-C concentration significantly lower than the negative patients, the difference had statistical significance. Conclusion Hp infection have no obvious correlation with the incidence of atrial fibrillation itself, but the Hp infection may be through the influence on blood lipid metabolism and promote the development of atrial fibrillation and evolution.
