The Prenatal Ultrasonic Diagnosis and Clinical Application of Placenta Accreta
Objective To study the value of prenatal ultrasonic testing in prenatal diagnosis and forecast of clinical outcomes of placenta accreta. Methods By analysing retrospectively of ultrasonographic characteristics Of 78 cases ,who deliveried or cesarean birth during hospitalized in obstetric, and had been confirmed for placenta increta by clinical diagnosis and pathological postpartum, to comparing the prenatal detection rate by the location of the placenta. Results The detection rate of placenta previa group is higher than the control group, there were significant differences, the detection rate of anterior wall group was higher than the control group, there were significant differences. It has statistically significant. Conclusion The placenta previa and placenta in the anterior wall of uterus detected by prenatal ultrasound is helpful to the prenatal diagnosis of placenta increta. Combining with other ultrasonographic features, and analysing of the clinical risk factors of placenta increta can effectively predict the clinical prognosis and reducing the arising of series complications, has important clinical significance.
