The diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasound for aberrant thyroid of children
Objective To investigate and analyze the diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasound for aberrant thyroid of children. Methods The examination results were compared with high frequency ultrasound and operation histopathologic results or isotope scanning. The diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasound for aberrant thyroid of children was observed. Results The diagnosis rate for the aberrent thyroid by high-frequency ultrasound was 81.8%, the isotope scanning or pathological results were compared, there was no significant difference compared with the two methods(P >0.05). Conclusion The high frequency ultrasound has a higher diagnostic value for aberrant thyroid of children, complicated with nuclide scanning can accurately diagnose the aberrent thyroid.
