Expression and Correlation of Bcl-2、PTEN and P53 in Non-Small cell Lung Cancer
Objective To explore the relationship among the expression of Bcl-2、PTEN and P53 gene and clinicopathological characteristics of non- small cell lung cancer. Methods 96 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were examined for Bcl-2、PTEN and P53 by immunohistochemical technique S-P method. Results ⑴The total positive rate of Bcl-2, PTEN and P53 protein are 59.4%(57/96), 52.1%(50/96) and 60.4%(58/96) in non-small cell lung cancer.⑵The positive rate of Bcl-2 protein expression was significant in patho-grade of non-small cell lung cancer(P <0.05);and the P-TNM stageing of lung cancer was also significant(P <0.05). ⑶The positive expression of the PTEN, P53 were significantly different among the P-TNM and lymph node metastasis(P <0.01), the positive expression of the PTEN was significantly different in patho-grade(P <0.01). Conclusions Bcl-2, PTEN and P53 gene was important in the development of non-small cell lung cancer. The detection for the three protein was significantly important for the prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer.
