摘要
葛根素是从葛根中提取的一种异黄酮类化合物，能够扩张冠状动脉，增强心肌收缩力，保护心肌细胞，促进血液循环，降低血压，预防心律失常，抗血小板聚集以及提高机体免疫力，对冠心病的治疗起到了很好的作用。本文针对葛根素治疗冠心病的研究进展作一综述，为临床治疗提供依据。
Abstract
Puerarin is a kind of flavonoids compound extracted from Puerariae Radix with the effects of with the effects of dilating coronary arteries, enhancing myocardial contractive power, protecting cardiocytes, stimulating blood circulation, reducing blood pressure, protecting against arrhythmia, resisting platelet aggregation and improving immune. Puerarin plays an important role in treating coronary heart disease and this paper summarizes current research progress on puerarin in the treatment of coronary heart disease, which provides the basis data for clinical treatment.
