中药抗肿瘤作用的研究进展

摘要
研究表明从各种植物中寻找天然抗肿瘤活性物质是抗癌药物研究的一个重要途径。我国传统中医在治疗癌症中，彰显了增效减毒的优势，近年来，中药对癌细胞体外培养的生长抑制作用、增强机体免疫功能以及对细胞周期、细胞凋亡的影响等进行了有益的探索，本文就抗肿瘤中药及其机制与研究进展作一综述。
Abstract
Previous studies show that looking for natural antitumor active substances from plants is an important way of cancer drug research. China's traditional medicine in the treatment of cancer shows the synergistic and attenuated advantages than western medicine. Recently, Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) on the growth of cancer cells in vitro inhibitory effect, enhance the body's immune function and influence on cell cycle, apoptosis and so on has carried on the beneficial exploration. This article reviews the molecular mechanisms and research progress of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of colon cancer.
