不同根充糊剂治疗根尖周炎的临床疗效分析

摘要
目的分析三种根充糊剂应用于根尖周炎患者的疗效。方法将我院就诊的牙根尖周炎患者150例随机分成Vitapex糊剂组(A组)、AH-plus糊剂组(B组)和碧兰糊剂组(C组)各50例，对比三组疗效。结果相比于A组，B、C组患者于治疗后2d、4d、7d疼痛更轻，患者对治疗的满意度也更高；C组远期疗效及患者满意度比其他两组都好，组间差异有统计学意义。结论 AH-plus糊剂与碧兰糊剂对根尖周炎患者的短期疗效较好，碧兰糊剂的远期疗效和患者满意度更佳。
Abstract
Objective To analyse the effect of three methods of filling paste used in the treatment of periapical periodontitis. Methods 150 cases of periapical periodontitis were selected and randomly divided into three groups:Vitapex paste 50 cases(A), AH-plus paste 50 cases(B), Cortisomol group 50 cases(C), and contrast the treatment effect. Results The pain were lighter and the satisfaction were higher in group B and C. The forward curative effect and patients' satisfaction were better in group C than the other two. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The short-term treatment effect were better in AH-plus paste and cortisomol group.The Cortisomol group had the best long-term effect and the satisfaction.
